Terms of Service

>>By commissioning me, you AUTOMATICALLY agree to the following terms, so please take your time to read them carefully<<

  • I hold ALL rights of the art. I will use it in my portfolio as well. If the client wishes against the art being posted online, I will charge +150% of the total price;

  • Do not: trace it, repost it without tagging or crediting me, sell it without my permission nor used for NFTs and AI training of any sort;

  • All of the commissions are for non commercial use, unless the client states otherwise in the initial discussions. If that is the case, we can always discuss the terms;

  • My communications will be done via social media or email, but the final product will be sent through our chats. When it is posted, the client will be tagged with the account used for communications. The client may wish to remain anonymous and no taggings will occurr, but they must notify me of it;

  • Payment is currently only via Paypal and in USD or BRL only. It must be sent to my email [email protected];

  • No refunds. There’ll be only a full refund if I can't do the commission anymore, and I will let the client know about it;

  • I will receive 50% of the price once we confirm the commission and it's details and as soon as I finish, the remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days. If there is a specific date for payment based in your personal life, you must let me know so we can work together on what is best for both of us;

  • I also accept dividing the prices in portions if it is better for the client, but the final price will not change;

  • I can take between few days or weeks to deliver the final result, it depends highly on the commission terms and communication between us;

  • I have the rights to refuse a commission. If it is something that is clearly under the "won't draw" list, I will refuse immediately. Any attempts on pressuring me to do it will result in silence or block, no questions asked.

  • While I am not fond of AI nor I approve of it's unethical usage, I do accept AI generated pictures for reference as long as the client stops using it as soon as I finish the artwork.

What I will draw for you:

  • OCs (original characters);

  • Fanarts;

  • Silly arts & memes;

  • Anthro (as long as it is MOSTLY humanoid);

What I won't draw for you:

  • NSFW. This includes fetishes of any kind;

  • Hate speech of any type is not tolerated;

  • Heavy gore;

  • Anything regarding pedophilia will be blocked and promptly reported.

While we discuss the commission terms, the client must provide me references of:

  • Pose;

  • Clothes and/or objects;

  • Description and overall mood of the scene;

  • I do accept written references, but keep in mind I will ask for more information or show you similar pictures of the concept as we discuss the terms.
